Please note that your PINs may be delayed on your first order.

When do I get my PIN

Following a successful payment, you will receive the PIN(s) within a few seconds in your email. Sometimes it may take a couple of minutes or more depending on network conditions. Please remember to check your junk mail / bulk mail folder. Please add support @ thecallworld.com to your contacts list so that the email arrives in your inbox and not the junk / bulk mail folder. Why did I get less minutes than advertised in the poster?

The number of minutes displayed are the maximum possible minutes and also depend on the access number used ( 0207 / 0800 / 0845). The maximum minutes displayed are usually for a single use of the card. Some cards also have a connection charge or maintenance charge in addition to per-minute charge. Please check the applicable rates with customer services of the particular card

How do I decide which calling card to buy?

There are several factors to consider in buying a calling card. All cards have a per-minute charge. In addition, some phone cards have a call connection charge which is the charge per call. Some cards also have a maintenance charge which is the per-day charge once you have started using your card. If you make several short calls, you should avoid cards with high connection charge. Look at the posters on this site for information on the number of minutes as advertised by the calling card manufacturers. Please speak to the customer services of the card for further information.

I deleted the PIN email you sent or I have not received the PIN email. What do I do ?

You can check PIN(s) for all your orders by visiting the Order History link in the My Account tab. For your first order, you may not see the PIN(s) immediately for security reasons.
